Why is it called a DJ?
The term “DJ” is short for disc jockey, which is a person who selects and plays music for an audience. Our DJs do just that–they play music for your event so that everyone can have a good time and enjoy the celebration!
How does the DJ know what to play?
Our DJs use a variety of methods to select the perfect songs for your event. They may use a pre-made playlist, or they may select songs based on the audience and the type of event. No matter what, our DJs will make sure to play something that everyone will enjoy!
Can I choose the music?
Yes! Our DJs are happy to take requests from guests. In fact, we encourage guests to make requests! We want your event to be exactly what you want it to be.
Can I provide my own music?
If you would like, you can provide your own music for the DJ to play. However, we ask that you please provide at least 20 songs so that the DJ has a variety of music to choose from.
How long will the DJ play for?
Typically, our DJs will play for two hours. However, we can adjust the length of time depending on your needs. Just let us know what you would like and we will be happy to accommodate you!
Do I need to provide a sound system?
No, you do not need to provide a sound system. Our DJs bring their own equipment to ensure that everything will run smoothly! If Generator is needed for power, it’s an additional $25
What if it rains? Do you have an outdoor speaker option?
Yes, we do offer an outdoor speaker setup for clients who would like this service. If the weather is bad on your event day, our DJ can still come prepared. Please contact us for more information!
