KT DJ SERVICES AGREEMENT/CONTRACT/TERMS OF SERVICES

KT DJ Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between [KT DJ Services] (“we,” “our,” “us”) and any person or entity visiting or using our website (“User,” “you,” “your”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the KT DJ Services website located at [https://ktdjservices.com/] (“KT DJ Services “).

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the Website.

2. Services: The Website provides information about the services offered by KT DJ Services, including DJ entertainment, music selection, and sound system setup. The availability of services is subject to change without notice.

3. User Conduct: You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Website or its users. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Website or infringes on our rights or the rights of other users.

7. Payment and Refund Policy:

  • Payment: The fees for our DJ services are outlined on the Website. A $50 deposit is required to secure our services for your event through website. The remaining balance is due day of event upon arrival, unless others arrangement made by DJ and Host. We accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal and more.
  • Refund Policy: The $50 deposit is non-refundable If you cancel. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill our obligations, a full refund of any payments made will be provided to you.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, DJ is not responsible for guest participation. Host is responsible for providing a safe environment for the DJ. If at any time the safety of the DJ is threatened, DJ reserves the right to terminate the music and all amount paid are forfeited by host. Host is responsible for damage of DJ equipment if damaged by guest at event. KT DJ Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damage to equipment done by guest / host.

9. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Website at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or applicable laws.

10. Changes to Agreement: We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such changes will signify your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of serving areas. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in serving area.

By using the KT DJ Services Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
